Brand design for property campaigns

A brand built to flex across releases and stakeholders.

A Collingwood brand design studio for developers, property funds, and the agencies running their campaigns.

Lucky Boy is a brand and design studio on Rokeby Street, Collingwood. A meaningful share of our brand work runs in real estate and property: developers naming new releases, property funds rebuilding parent brands, and agencies running multi-project campaign collateral across signage, brochures, and lead capture.

Property brand work runs on its own clock. Long timelines, multi-stakeholder approvals, parent-brand-plus-project structures, and a campaign cycle that runs from launch to settlement over 12 to 36 months. The brand has to flex without breaking, and the artefacts that close a sale (brochure, hoarding, sales suite) usually live in print, not on screens.

Why Collingwood

A studio that has shipped through stage releases.

Our studio is on Rokeby Street, Collingwood. We have shipped brand work for developers and property funds where the calendar is set by stage releases and settlement, not by quarterly retainer cycles. The team understands sign fabrication specs, brochure print runs, and the rhythm of a long campaign.

Collingwood sits in the middle of inner Melbourne for development, agency, and fund teams flying in or driving down from the eastern suburbs and bayside. Five minutes from Victoria Park station, easy parking, and a half-dozen good coffee shops within a block.

How we start

From first call to first project, in three steps.

No long forms, no qualifying calls with someone who is not going to do the work. You speak directly with the team who will run your project.

  1. 01

    A 30-minute scoping call.

You tell us what you are trying to move (a launch, a brand refresh, a revenue target). We tell you whether we are the right agency for it. If we are not, we tell you who is.

  2. 02

    A fixed-fee proposal.

Inside a week you get a written scope with deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price. Nothing hourly, nothing surprise. If you want to swap something out, we re-scope before anyone signs anything.

  3. 03

    Kickoff and ship.

Project work usually starts inside two weeks. Retainers start at the top of the following month. Your project lead is in the studio on Rokeby Street and you can call them directly.

Good to know

Real estate branding, the questions buyers actually ask.

What is different about brand design for real estate and property?

Real estate brand work runs on long timelines, multi-stakeholder approvals, and a parent-brand-plus-projects structure that most consumer brand systems do not handle well. The brand needs to flex from a developer or agency master brand down to individual project sub-brands without losing recognition. The artefacts that matter most are usually print and signage, not screens. And the brand has to hold up across a 12 to 36 month campaign cycle from launch to settlement.

How much does a real estate or property brand build cost?

Single-project brand work (project naming, identity, brochure, signage, landing page) typically runs $12,000 to $35,000. Master-brand rebuilds for developers, agencies, or property funds usually sit at $25,000 to $80,000+ depending on scope. Our Branding Package starts at $15,000 and Custom scopes from $25,000. Project work is usually scoped per release, not per developer.

Can you do project naming?

Yes. Project naming is run as a discrete module: territory exploration, candidate generation, linguistic screening, trademark check, domain availability, and a stakeholder readout. Most developers run two or three rounds before locking. We build the naming brief alongside the brand strategy so the name is rooted in the project positioning, not pulled from a list.

Do you handle signage and hoardings?

Yes. We design site hoardings, sales suite signage, wayfinding for completed projects, and master files set up for sign fabricators (CMYK builds, pantone matches, bleed, crop, fabrication notes). We work directly with your sign printer or recommend one of the Melbourne fabricators we have shipped through before. Quality control on signage is a craft that lives outside the design file.

Can you build a project website that integrates with our CRM?

Yes. Per-project websites and landing pages are built with lead capture wired into the CRM you already use (Salesforce, HubSpot, Realhub, AgentBox, custom). Form-to-CRM integrations, EOI workflows, and stage-release pages are standard scope. Sites are built to ship fast for releases and refined as the campaign matures.

Do you work with developers, agencies, or both?

Both. We have shipped brand work for developers, commercial property managers, and the marketing teams that run sales campaigns on their behalf. Developer engagements usually run as parent-brand-plus-projects. Agency engagements often run as project-specific brand and campaign collateral. The studio team is the same; the project plan changes.

How long does a property brand project take?

Project-specific brand work (naming, identity, brochure, signage, landing page) typically runs six to twelve weeks, with the launch date driving the milestones rather than the design phase. Master-brand rebuilds run twelve to twenty weeks. Lock the launch date at kickoff and the project plan flows backwards from it.

Can you help with photography and drone for project launches?

Yes. We brief and direct architectural photography, lifestyle shoots, and aerial drone capture. The grade is done in-house so the photography matches the brand identity, not the photographer's house style. For developments still under construction, we direct fly-through and CGI work alongside the production studios we partner with.
