Do you shoot in studio or on-location?
Both. Our Collingwood studio for product, portrait, F&B, and lookbook work. On-location for venues, lifestyle, events, and BTS. We bring the kit and the team either way.
How long is a typical photo shoot?
Half-day or full-day depending on scope. Multi-location campaigns can run across multiple shoot days. We scope each shoot tightly so we are not paying for crew time we do not need.
Do you deliver retouched or unedited files?
Retouched. We grade, retouch, and deliver final selects ready for use. Source files (RAW or unedited JPEG) are available on request if you have an in-house retoucher.
What's included in the shoot price?
Pre-production planning, shoot day, edit and retouch time, file delivery. Talent, locations, props, and styling can be quoted separately or built into a single scope, your call.
Can we use the photos for everything?
Yes. We deliver with full usage rights for the channels agreed in the brief. Talent and stock-image rights are scoped separately if relevant; everything else is yours to use.
