We’re growing the team. Lucky Boy is looking for an experienced Ads & Social Media Specialist to join us in Collingwood, someone who lives in ads managers and knows their way around a content calendar. It’s part-time to start, in-studio, with a clear path to more as the accounts grow.
We run paid media across a portfolio of client accounts, and we want someone who raises the ceiling on what we deliver there. Why we’re hiring
Paid media is where a lot of our clients feel the difference month to month, and the work has grown to the point where it deserves a dedicated specialist rather than a shared one. We’d rather bring in someone who owns it properly than spread it thin.
Honestly, we want someone who is better than us at ads. That is the point of a specialist hire. We bring the brand thinking, the creative, and the client relationships. You bring the depth on Meta and Google, the testing discipline, and the read on what is actually moving the numbers.

What the role looks like
It’s a hybrid seat, weighted toward paid media. You’d plan, build, and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google for our client accounts, own budget pacing and audience strategy, and report on performance in plain language with a clear read on what to do next.
Alongside that, you’d help manage social for selected accounts: content calendars, scheduling, and community. Paid media is the heart of the role. Social is the part you pitch in on, working next to our creative and strategy side so ads and organic pull in the same direction.
Who we’re looking for
Someone experienced, with a minimum of two years running paid media in an agency or in-house, hands-on across Meta and Google, and results they can talk through. We also want experience running multiple social media channels, with a genuine eye for what makes a feed worth following.
You’re organised enough to juggle several accounts without dropping the detail, Melbourne-based, and happy to work from the studio in Collingwood. Part-time to start suits someone who wants to find their rhythm with the team before it grows.
