Corporate videographer, Melbourne

A corporate videographer who turns up to your office, not just your inbox.

Partner interviews, recruitment video, customer stories, and culture coverage. Director-led, compliance-aware, shot on-site or in our Collingwood studio for the audiences that read your work before they call.

On-site, director-led

A videographer for considered B2B audiences.

A Collingwood video studio for Melbourne corporate, professional services, and enterprise brands.

Lucky Boy is a video production studio on Rokeby Street, Collingwood, working with Melbourne corporate, professional services, and B2B brands. When you hire a corporate videographer through us, you get the camera operator plus a director, sound, and an in-house edit and grade team, so the interview you shot on Tuesday becomes a film your brand can stand behind.

Most of our corporate clients are law firms, accounting practices, financial advisory firms, healthcare practices, and B2B teams that have outgrown founder-shot iPhone footage. We have shot partner profiling for [Fraser & Partners](/work/fraser-and-partners), advisory content for [Vantage Asset Management](/work/vantage-asset-management), and national campaign work for [Australia Post](/work/australia-post). Day rates from $1,500, project pricing on our [video production cost Melbourne](/blog/video-production-cost-melbourne) post.

What's included

What a corporate videographer day ships.

On-site interview kit on top, director-led takes and B-roll in the middle, edit and cuts at delivery. One team, one room, one director on the day.

  1. 01
On-site interview kitA videographer who turns up to your office with a kit built for clean talking-head audio and lighting in real rooms, not a studio that only works in a studio.
  2. 02
Director-led takesMost partners and executives are not natural on camera. A director on the day prompts naturalistic takes, runs a teleprompter where it helps, and gets the conversational read that scripted shoots miss.
  3. 03
B-roll and culture coverageOffice, team, client interactions, day-in-the-life sequences. The footage that makes a corporate film feel like a real place rather than a stock library.
  4. 04
Compliance-aware setupFor regulated firms in financial advisory, legal, and healthcare, we set up titles, lower-thirds, and disclaimer slides that pass legal review the first time.
  5. 05
Edit, grade, and motionIn-house edit and grade with motion graphics for stats, lower-thirds, and brand titles. Sound design and music licensing in scope, not an afterthought.
  6. 06
Multiple cuts from one shootHero film for the website, LinkedIn cut for organic, paid cut for ABM, internal cut for all-hands. One shoot day, many uses.

Why Collingwood

A videographer with the brand team in the next room.

Our studio is on Rokeby Street, Collingwood. The videographer, DOP, sound, edit, and grade sit in the same space as the brand and design team. That matters for corporate work because the visual system has to carry across motion, stills, and the brand identity it sits inside, and stitched-together vendor relationships are how that consistency falls apart.

For Melbourne corporate clients, the studio is a 5 to 15 minute drive from the CBD, Southbank, Hawthorn, and the established east. Easy to get partners across for a shoot day, easy for our videographer to drop into your office for an on-site interview block.

How we start

From first call to first project, in three steps.

No long forms, no qualifying calls with someone who is not going to do the work. You speak directly with the team who will run your project.

  1. 01

    A 30-minute scoping call.

You tell us what you are trying to move (a launch, a brand refresh, a revenue target). We tell you whether we are the right agency for it. If we are not, we tell you who is.

  2. 02

    A fixed-fee proposal.

Inside a week you get a written scope with deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price. Nothing hourly, nothing surprise. If you want to swap something out, we re-scope before anyone signs anything.

  3. 03

    Kickoff and ship.

Project work usually starts inside two weeks. Retainers start at the top of the following month. Your project lead is in the studio on Rokeby Street and you can call them directly.

Good to know

Hiring a corporate videographer in Melbourne, the questions buyers actually ask.

How much does a corporate videographer cost in Melbourne?

A corporate videographer in Melbourne runs $1,500 to $3,500 per shoot day in 2026. A solo videographer for a single founder interview sits at the lower end; a videographer leading a small crew across partner interviews and B-roll at two locations sits at the upper end. A finished corporate brand film, with edit, grade, and multiple cuts, typically lands at $9,000 to $25,000 as a project. Full breakdown on our [video production cost Melbourne](/blog/video-production-cost-melbourne) post.

Do you shoot at our office or in your studio?

Either, and most corporate shoots work best as a mix. Talking-head interviews in our Collingwood studio for clean, controlled lighting; B-roll and culture coverage on-site at your office for authenticity. The videographer and kit pack to travel, so the producer scopes the right balance at the brief.

Can you direct partners and executives who are uncomfortable on camera?

Yes, that is most of the value of a director-led corporate shoot. Most partners are not natural on-camera talent. We use a quiet pre-shoot conversation, a teleprompter where appropriate, and a director who can prompt for naturalistic takes rather than scripted ones. The reads that land conversational are almost always the ones we set up to feel un-scripted.

Can you handle compliance for financial services and legal video?

Yes. A meaningful share of our corporate work is for regulated firms. We build a workflow that fits inside your approval chain: titles and lower-thirds set up with regulatory disclaimers, hold-harmless agreements signed before talent appears on camera, and a compliance buffer in the post timeline so review does not delay delivery.

Do you only send one videographer, or a full crew?

Whatever the brief needs. A single videographer for a lean founder interview, or a full unit with a second camera, dedicated sound, and lighting for a multi-partner brand film. You are not locked into a fixed package; we scope the crew against the shot. If you know you need the full treatment, start at [corporate video production Melbourne](/corporate-video-production-melbourne).

What deliverables do we get from a corporate shoot?

A typical corporate shoot delivers a 90-second to 2-minute hero film, a 60-second LinkedIn cut, a 30-second paid cut, three to five short-form quote cuts for social, plus master files, captions, and the source footage organised by interview and B-roll for future reuse. All transferred on final invoice with usage rights for the platforms agreed at brief.

Will we own the footage and the final film?

Yes. All final deliverables, captions, and organised source footage transfer to you on final invoice. Music and talent rights cover the platforms agreed at the brief. If you ever bring video in-house or move agencies, the asset library goes with you.
